Yes. The SmittyEVENT app itself is completely free for the public and always will be. This portal is for promoters who want to submit and manage their own events — that's the paid side that keeps SmittyEVENT free for everyone browsing it.
New promoter submissions are reviewed before publishing, typically within a couple of days. There's no fixed SLA yet while the portal is new, but you'll see the status on your dashboard the moment it changes.
Once you've had three submissions approved, your account is marked trusted and future submissions publish automatically — no more waiting in the review queue.
You can see the status of everything you've submitted from your dashboard. For changes to something already published, reach out to support and we'll help directly while self-service editing is being built.
